SB 766 - The act requires all school districts to provide alternative education upon written request from a pupil expelled or denied enrollment under Chapter 167, RSMo, or the parent or guardian of such a pupil.
All school districts shall annually report to the Department
of Elementary and Secondary Education the total number of
students expelled during the year and the total number of
students denied readmission or enrollment based upon commission
of an act listed in subsection 3 of Section 167.171, RSMo.
